Hate calls? Let's coach via email!

We all have phone/zoom fatigue by now, even the most social butterflies. Doesn't it sound lovely to have coaching and connection via email on your own time, without staring at a screen or panicking because you forgot we had a call?

I'm actually a big fan of email coaching because it allows both people (you, and me!) to think through questions and advice/guidance without the looming anxieties that come along with face-to-face meetings.

Also, sometimes you can't wait for your monthly coaching call for a kick in the pants, or guidance.

Email coaching is less "on the spot." This means you can be more introspective and take your time crafting the questions and areas you'd like help in, and I can put more deep thought and focus into coaching you.

Plus! It can alleviate that pre and post-call anxiety. (I know I'm not the only one who experiences this).

No more wondering about whether you conveyed what you wanted to say correctly or not.

Or, maybe you're someone that's still working on allowing yourself to take up space and are uncomfortable on calls where the focus is on you.

Whatever it is, you don't have to worry about it with email coaching. 🙂
